How we work

We have access to a wide range of new build and refurbished apartments through carefully selected major developers in the area. Our service is designed to cover all the essentials, from help and advice on the purchase of a property in France, how to approach pre sales and reservation contracts, how to find a Notaire or lawyer and of yours how to choose your design in your new apartment.

We can arrange to collect you from your hotel or airport for site and other property viewings. We make no charge for our services, as we are paid from the normal commission received as a seller's agent.
